Cultivating Student Leadership, Aracelis Vazquez Haye – Video and Discussion Outline
Rev. Aracelis Vazquez Haye delivers a lecture on cultivating student leadership.
Questions for Discussion:
- How are we keeping the soil in our church and our program healthy in order to allow the plant to grow?
- In which type of season do we find ourselves in our church community? Is there fruit that is ripe for the taking, or is this a season in which we need to lie fallow?
- What do you have to bring to the table as a leader? (Note for facilitator: This might be worth going around in a discussion, giving each individual a chance to name this, or the group a chance to name this for one another.)
