Service and Mission Trips
This month, we are focusing on service days and mission trips for youth. Get practical advice from leading theologians and pastors on how to lead service days and missions trips that are truly transformative here.
Have you decided to plan a mission trip for your youth? The Rev. Andrew Wicks & the Rev. Ryan Gackenheimer explore the ways in which outdoor ministry and mission work are evolving and engaging youth today.
Watch “Misquoting Moses”
Professor Joel Baden joins Dr. Bart Ehrman’s YouTube Channel for a new podcast, “Misquoting Moses,” exploring the Hebrew Bible, its history, formation, and the ancient Israelite world that produced it. Who wrote the Hebrew Bible, when, and why? Why does it contain so many competing perspectives and why do scholars sometimes disagree about what its words originally meant?
In “Misquoting Moses,” Yale Divinity School’s Professor Joel Baden and co-host Megan Kraege explore the surprising history, authorship, translation, and interpretation of the Hebrew Bible. Each week, they bring the questions and evidence scholars have debated for centuries out of the university and into lively, accessible conversations for anyone curious about the Bible.
