Dr. Frank Rogers, Rev. Dr. Christopher Carter and Dr. Seth Schoen delivered a lecture entitled, "Compassion-Based Approaches for Facilitating Difficult Conversations about Race and Racial Identity" at Yale Divinity School on October 3, 2018. Dr. Frank Rogers is a Professor at Claremont School of Theology and Co-Director and Founder of the Center for Engaged Compassion.

Rev. Dr. Christopher Carter is Assistant Professor at the University of San Diego and teaches courses in Christian theology and ethics, Black and Womanist theology, and Christianity and environmental justice.

Dr. Seth Schoen's work focuses on practical theology and Spiritual Formation at Claremont School of Theology.
