Tune in at 12:20pm EST to listen to Dr. Sarah F. Farmer, Dr. Nadja Reilly and Ms. Kate Hyde, LCSW deliver a lecture at Yale Divinity School.
Our theme this coming month is on “Community,” with the title, “Finding Joy Together: Relational Communities of Flourishing.” This lecture introduces the framework, CARE, for people who work with adolescents. The concept of CARE is founded on the belief that adolescents’ emotional health is inherently tied into their physical, spiritual, and social selves. In this interactive lecture, we will highlight the interplay between the psychological and spiritual components of CARE in order to foster skills to promote joy and flourishing in adolescents.
Dr. Sarah F. Farmer is Assistant Professor of Practical Theology and Community Development at Indiana Wesleyan University. Dr. Nadja Reilly is a clinical psychologist and the Associate Director of the Freedman Center for Child and Family Development at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology (MSPP). Ms. Kate Hyde is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in mental health psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and families.
