Dr. Stephanie Paulsell and Ms. Vanessa Zoltan, MDiv discuss the unexpected consequences of gathering around unconventional sacred texts and the practices and rituals that have developed as community has formed, after delivering a lecture entitled, “Matches Struck in the Dark: Imagination and the Joyful Life.”

Dr. Paulsell is the Susan Shallcross Swartz Professor of the Practice of Christian Studies at Harvard Divinity School.

Ms. Zoltan is the co-host of the popular podcast, “Harry Potter and the Sacred Text.”​
