How are you tending to the mental health of your youth during this time, particularly around anxiety and depression?
Quality time. I invest personal time, around 15 min or so with each student. This allows them to build a personal connection to combat the Covid-induced isolation and pain. As the relationship progresses, they get more and more comfortable sharing their lives and struggles with me which helps them unburden themselves and allow for healing to begin.
