Now Available – Women in the Bible Study
YMI now has an 8-session youth Bible study on Women in the Bible. Each session focuses on a particular woman’s story and provides a discussion outline and activities designed to help youth engage and reflect on the scripture in new and different ways.
Start with lesson 1 at the Women in the Bible – Lesson 1: Sarah and Hagar.
New Training Module Now Available – Sabbath Rest
YMI now has a training module on Sabbath Rest. Leading theologians and youth practitioners explore the importance of sabbath-keeping for both youth and youth workers. You can find the Sabbath Rest Training Module here.
The Science of Well-Being Videos and Clips
Last month, Dr. Laurie Santos gave a presentation on The Science of Well-Being, where she explained the top 10 insights that are necessary to change your habits & to help youth incorporate wellness activities into their own lives. View the video and clips here.
In the following clip, Dr. Santos talks about happiness in hard circumstances, where everyone needs techniques to get through emotional moments as well as using the RAIN Method, which is a meditation practice that helps you work through your emotions. View the clip here.

Sign Up for the INCARNATION Bible Study
This Friday is the last day to register for our free, online 4-week study with the Rev. Dr. Allen Hilton, which will explore how the Gospels approach the nativity story on Nov. 30, Dec. 7, Dec. 14, and Dec. 12. Register at INCARNATION — Fleshing Out the Bible’s Christmas Stories
Join Dr. Joel Baden for a free 8-week study on the Book of Genesis starting on January 18th. We’ll examine where these stories come from, how they relate to similar traditions from Israel’s neighboring cultures, and how they have grown over time until reaching the version we have them now. Participants who attend all 8 sessions will receive a Certificate of Completion.

YDS Summer Study 2021
Summer Study 2021 will take place June 7-11 as an online format. We will continue to offer a small, but high-quality program of varied seminars by renowned faculty. Courses will meet Monday – Friday, either 9:00-11:30 am or 1:30-4 pm. More information can be found here.
