A Theology of Youth, Spirit & Vocation
Cultural changes over recent decades have left many youth and young adults suffering from moral confusion, emotional fragility, and substance abuse–significantly, driven by an overall sense of purposelessness. Along with such cultural shifts the church has failed to cultivate practices for supporting young people in establishing purpose that partners in God’s purposes. This lecture will highlights various practices important for helping young people to cultivate purpose, especially practices for identifying sparks of purpose and engaging theological language that frames them.
