The Rev. Peter Levenstrong serves as Associate Rector at St. Gregory of Nyssa Episcopal Church in San Francisco, where he created Living Stories Sermons, a collaborative preaching method now practiced by over 100 preachers across dozens of congregations. He is writing a book on the methodology for Church Publishing (forthcoming 2026) and delights in creating and sharing intergenerational, immersive faith-forming experiences. Peter also co-hosts the AI Church Toolkit podcast and is a Senior Fellow on AI at TryTank Research Institute. He holds an M.Div. from Yale Divinity School, where he also earned an Anglican Studies Diploma and a Certificate in Educational Leadership and Ministry. Peter lives in Oakland with his wife and son.
