What might it look like to acknowledge that everyone needs spiritual milk in the context of worship? How might our approach to worship change?
What could be gained in living into being “God’s servants, working together…God’s field, God’s building” (v. 9)? What might that look like for our youth? What might that look like for us?
How does this approach to worship model the approach that Russell speaks about from the Scriptures, where the stronger always yields to the weaker, the larger giving up its power so that the smaller can feel heard and validated? How might the other adults in the church (ie, the stronger ones, in theory) respond if a change of this sort is presented to them in this way?
